The reception staff were so friendly and helpful.
Parking was extremely challenging, with limited options nearby. The room had worn fittings and the soundproofing was poor, easily allowing noise from above.

Unforgettable views by the monastery
Our stay at Hotel Florida was a breath of fresh air! Every morning, we savored our café con leche in the hotel's restaurant, soaking in the lively local atmosphere. The staff, especially Camelia, treated us like family, always ready with helpful tips and a smile.
While everything else was delightful, I did miss having a kettle in the room for that late-night tea. Also, the parking situation nearby was a bit of a challenge. consider walking if possible.

I stayed in a Junior Suite and it was pretty spacious. My first room had an amazing view of the monastery, which was definitely a highlight. The second room was smaller but still decent. Overall, the beds were comfortable enough, but it felt a bit worn out in some areas. I think the bathroom could use an upgrade, though. It’s not fancy, but it got the job done.

Comfortable stay with amazing views
Our room was spacious and had fantastic windows offering stunning views of the nearby monastery. The staff was attentive, offering great communication about potential noise due to local festivities. It's a solid value for the price, but the dining options could be expanded, as we found limited choices for evening meals nearby.

The location is unbeatable, overlooking the stunning El Escorial with tree-lined lanes. While the room was spacious, it felt outdated, reminiscent of budget accommodations from past decades. The mattress was uncomfortably hard, and cleanliness was a concern, particularly with the toilet area. Communication from the staff was impressive, especially highlighting their attentiveness regarding noise from local events.
